Before I set off from Peakville back to Suburbia Somnolenta, there was just time to get the Old Man to take his Lactulose.
The bottle is sealed with a screw-cap, and there is a transparent cap which is a press-fit over the screw-cap and which doubles as a measure for the dose. However, the transparent cap was missing, and the Old Man did not know what had happened to it. I had to pour the Lactulose into a cup, and try to remember (and gauge) what the correct dosage was.
