Much more trustworthy

Thursday 25 April 2013

Just before 08:00 I see the Explorer and his father set off from home. When they set off yesterday they were both on foot, but today the first thing I see of them is the Explorer wearing his helmet and riding his microscooter. He zooms off, and only after that does his father emerge via their front door, obviously unruffled that his son has headed off without him. The Explorer doesn’t go far, and stops to let his father catch him up. Clearly he can now be trusted much more than he could when he was a toddler.
